Short Description:
The Guam Visitors Bureau (GVB) has five (5) global consumer websites.  VISITGUAM.COM is the bureau’s flagship website (English).  The multilingual websites are in Japanese, Korean, and Traditional Chinese.  Each is specifically targeted to appeal to the travel industry and consumers in those markets.

GVB is seeking to secure website redesign and hosting, support and maintenance services for its multilingual destination marketing websites and integrated CMS, CRM and Extranet solutions, enhanced by other state-of-the-art digital tools and platforms.  Offeror should have a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in digital marketing, multilingual website development with integrated CMS and CRM, secure robust hosting, maintenance and support for national tourism organizations (NTOs) and destination marketing organizations (DMOs) to fulfill the objectives as detailed in the Scope of Work.
